Five registrations, reception sponsorship, prime exhibit space in the meeting room, a spot on the advisory board, recognition at the event and in the marketing materials, two complimentary full page full color ads in the conference booklet, attendee list two weeks prior to the event, opportunity to participate on a panel discussion, opportunity to provide welcoming remarks to the attendees at the beginning of the conference.

Exhibiting

We will have tabletop exhibit space in the back of the meeting room and in the foyer area. Space is limited to 25 tabletops and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Space does not come with A/V and is limited to the provided 6 foot skirted table. Tabletop exhibit space can be added to an individual’s registration for $750.

Our exhibit area is not your tratitional trade show. Booths will not be manned during the educational sessions, but will be located in the break area where food and beverages will be served. You attend the sessions and then, during the breaks, stand by your booth to chat with other attendees who are interested in learning more about your products and services. You during the conference registration process you will have the option to add the tabletop exhibit space to your registration fee.

All registrations are transferrable to other colleagues if, for some reason, the registered individual is unable to attend.
